Overview

Over 36 years of experience as a lawyer (admitted to New York and Paris bars). 15 years as practicing attorney in international law firms as litigator in the shipping industry in London & NY, and thereafter as M&A, corporate law and litigator specialist in Paris & Brussels at Cleary Gottlieb. 19 years as General Counsel of the Capgemini Group, and over 2 years as Head of Group Commercial & Contract Management.

 

She has created the Group legal department in 1998, now comprised of more than 200 attorneys and has created the Group Commercial & Contract Management function, composed of 220 commercial & contract managers based onshore and offshore. In addition, she launched Contract Compliance Optimization, an internal and external outsourcing service line for Contract Management mainly based offshore and comprising approximately 90 contract managers.

 

She created and co-chaired, until 2016, the “CAC 40 Companies General Counsels’ Commission” at Cercle Montesquieu. She is also a member of European Executive Committee of CPR (International Institut for Conflict Prevention & Resolution) and the Executive Board member of “Droit & Croissance”.

 

She is also the Founder and Group Lead of the Women@Capgemini, the global gender balance program.

 

In March 2016 she changed role to become the Head of the new Group Commercial & Contract Management function. She is also Senior Advisor to the Group Chairman and CEO.
