Ben’s practice includes a mix of contentious and non-contentious work in the cross-over space of IP and new technology. He acts on major IP disputes, with a particular focus on copyright, trade mark and trade secrets disputes, as well as advising on content licensing and regulation, music, copyright and data protection issues. Ben also has considerable lobbying experience. Ben’s practice gives him a particularly unique perspective to deal with the commercial and legal issues that arise in the new media and technology contexts. Ben is also a qualified Solicitor Advocate, having appeared in the Copyright Tribunal, High Court and County Court on behalf of his clients.
